Eileen Lee has been selected as Ave Maria's Co-Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending February 23rd, 2014. The senior out of Libertyville, Ill. helped the Lady Gyrenes to their first win of the season over conference-foe Webber International by a score of 4-3. Lee defeated WIU's Chandler Reed 6-2, 6-4 in the number 3 singles spot and then went on to defeat Webber's Reed/Lucas 8-0 with partner Jessica Cocks in the number 2 doubles spot.

The AMU Tennis team returns to action on Saturday when they host St. Thomas University.
