Erika Avery has been selected as Ave Maria's Co-Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending March 16th, 2014. The Auckland, New Zealand native led AMU to a 7-1 record over spring break as she finished the week hitting .500 (8-16) with two doubles, four runs scored, and three RBI. In addition, the sophomore outfielder is currently on a 10 game hitting streak. 

The Green and Blue are back in action on Tuesday when they host Hastings (Neb.) for a doubleheader beginning at 2p.m. at the AMU Softball Field.
