Caitlin Constance has been selected as Ave Maria's Co-Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending March 23rd, 2014. The Akron, Ohio native pitched her way to a pair of wins this week to improve her record to 5-1 on the season. She allowed no earned runs over eight innings pitched while striking out four and walking just two batters.

The Green and Blue are back in action on Wednesday when they host NCAA Division II Eckerd College for a doubleheader beginning at 2p.m. at the AMU Softball Field.
