Frank Kelly has been selected as Ave Maria’s Male Athlete of the Week ending October 28, 2012. Kelly, a freshman safety out of Chicago, Ill., had a breakout day for the Ave Maria defense on Saturday. Kelly tallied six solo tackles and three assists, for a total of nine on the day. The Gyrenes fell to the Warriors of Webber International University, 35-12.

The Gyrenes will travel to Kingsland, Ga. for this weekend's matchup against Edward Waters College. Kickoff is slated for 2p.m.
