Emily Lemin has been selected as Ave Maria's Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending April 28th, 2014. The Eastlake, Ohio native picked up AMU's win this week over Thomas (Ga.). The junior lefthander gave up one run on just four hits and struck out four as the Lady Gyrenes defeated the Night Hawks 9-1 in six innings. 
 
The Lady Gyrenes begin their quest for TSC Championship on Thursday with an opponent and time TBD.
