Brigid Lennon has been selected as Ave Maria’s Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending October 12th, 2014. Lennon has improved in each race so far this season for the Runnin' Gyrenes cross country team and ran a season-best time of 21:59.46 in the 5k at the Walt Disney World Cross Country Classic this past weekend..

The AMU cross country team returns to action this weekend when they travel to Mount Berry, Ga. for the Berry College Invitational.
