Lauren Dunleavy has been selected as Ave Maria’s Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending October 19th, 2014. Dunleavy ran a time of 24:20 in the 6k to finish in 29th place out of 191 runners at the Berry Invitational this past weekend. She was also named The Sun Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week.

The AMU cross country team returns to action this weekend when they travel to Hardeeville, S.C. for the USCB Sand Shark Invitational.
