Jelani Bonner has been selected as Ave Maria’s Male Athlete of the Week for the week ending March 1, 2015.

The senior guard averaged 9.5 points in the two games this week while shooting 46.5% from the field.

Jelani is averaging 12.7 points, 7.96 rebounds, 1.64 assists, and 1.29 steals per game this season.

Ave Maria will be back in action Tuesday night when they travel to Northwood University for The Sun Conference Play-In game. Tip off is set for 7:00 p.m.
