Mary Kate Lee and Marianna Vargas of Women’s Tennis have been named this week's Co-Female Athlete of the Week. It's the first time this season that either has been named the Gyrenes Female Athlete of the Week. 

The tennis doubles duo entered the ITA Florida Regional Tournament as the three-seed in the women’s doubles main draw and maneuvered their way through the 16-team bracket en route to the doubles title, defeating Keiser's Teodora Stanciu and Lola Garcia in the championship match, 6-4, 6-4.
