Lauren Dunleavy has been selected as Ave Maria’s Female Athlete of the Week ending September 22nd, 2013. Dunleavy, a junior from Powell, Wyo., led the Lady Gyrenes to a seventh place team finish in the 5000m race at this past weekend's Jim Ryun Invitational. Dunleavy raced her way to a third place overall finish in a time of 21:01.20.

The AMU men's and women's cross country teams next travel to Titusville, Fla. for the FLRunners.com Invitational at Chain of Lakes Park on Friday, September 27th.
