AVE MARIA, Fla. - The Ave Maria men's and women's cross country teams are wrapping up preparations for this weekend's race when they head north to Walt Disney World for the 2014 Disney Cross Country Classic presented by New Balance. Disney Resorts will welcome 32 colleges and universities to the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex for the meet on Saturday. In addition to Ave Maria; Johnson and Wales, Northwood, St. Thomas and Warner will represent The Sun Conference in Saturday morning's race. "We are excited to run in this race this weekend. There are a lot of conference teams in this race and Disney puts on a great production. We expect to run fast", states head coach Taylor Peliska. "This will give us a mid-season indication to where we stand with The Sun Conference meet approaching".

 The meet will see the Green and Blue compete in their largest invitational thus far this season.
