AVE MARIA, Fla. – The Ave Maria University Lady Gyrenes will play a non-conference game on Tuesday, November 11^th when they welcome the Falcons of Florida College at the Tom Golisano field house. Tip-off is at 5 p.m.
 
GREEN AND BLUE NEWS:
In their only game of the week, the Ave Maria University women's basketball team defeated Clearwater Christian College 94-41. Yvanessa Vincent had a standout offensive game with 12 points and 12 rebounds (seven offensive rebounds).Madison McDonald continues to play well for the Gyrenes as she scored 17 points and had 5 assists. Ashlee Rioux chipped in 12 points. The Gyrenes scored 28 points in the paint, and were able to capitalize off of Clearwater Christians turnovers which led to the Blue and Green scoring 22 points. AMU also had 19 second chance points due to their 19 offense rebounds.
 
The Ave Maria University Women's basketball team is now 2-2 on the season.

SCOUTING THE FALCONS
Floirda College finished the 2013-14 season with a 6-18 overall record. They return only three players to the 2014-15 roster.
The Falcons are currently 0-2 on the season. They were defeated by TSC opponents, Warner University (73-46) and Southeastern University (94-52). Junior, guard Laurie Beaty is averaging 18.0 ppg in the two games this season.
