LAKELAND, Fla. --- The Ave Maria women's soccer team fell, 4-0, at Southeastern on Wednesday night in the Lady Gyrenes season finale. AMU ends the season with a 6-10 overall record and a 2-8 mark in conference play.

Southeastern opened the scoring with a goal by Alyssa Kaminski off a pass by Karly Palmar in the 14th minute. Just before the half, a goal by Jaiahn Sterling made it 2-0 in favor of the Fire. Bre Eldridge added a pair of second half goals for SEU ('45, '85) to make it 4-0.

Ave Maria was outshot 25-6. Southeastern had 14 shots on goal compared to three by the Lady Gyrenes. Caitlin Waites led the Blue and Green with three shots, two of which went on goal.

Francesca Singleton and Cresencia Del Pino each played a half in the match. Both keepers allowed two goals and made five saves.
