Box Score JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- The Ave Maria University women's soccer team defeated Trinity Baptist 6-0 on Saturday evening. AMU improves to 2-1 on the season.
 
Amanda Stacy got AMU on the board first off a pass from Sarah McBride. Ally Williams then found the back of the net on a penalty kick after Hannah Lawrence was fouled in the penalty box. Celena Liguori made it 3-0 when she scored off a pass from Meghan Precord.
 
Mia Pontarelli scored to make it 4-0 Ave Maria off a pass from Precord. Sarah Dalton and Bernadette Hartney each scored to make it 6-0. Lauren Campoe assisted on the Dalton goal while Liguori assisted on Hartney's goal.
 
Amanda Stacy picked up the win in net. She played the final 75 minutes in goal. Molly Jensen started the game in goal and then got a red card in the 15th minute.
 
Ave Maria returns to action on Monday when they host Warner at 4 p.m.
