AVE MARIA, Fla. — The Ave Men's Soccer team fell to the Keiser Seahawks Wednesday night, losing 5-0. Despite only registering four shots, the Gyrenes did get some offensive pressure and forced the Seahawk defense to make some plays.

The Gyrenes registered three shots in the first half and two of them were on goal. Unfortunately, the Seahawk keeper was there to make the saves.

Keiser struck again in the 75

th minutes to double up their lead. They added their final goal in the final minute of the match.

With the loss, Ave Maria falls to 5-6-2 overall and 0-3 in conference play.
The Gyrenes are on the road for their next match, traveling north to Lake Wales to take on the Warner Royals. Warner is currently winless on the season with a record of 0-11-1. The Gyrenes were one of those 11 losses back on September 6 with a 5-1 win.
