Zachary Frazer

Zachary Frazer is in his third season as the receivers coach for the Ave Maria football program. Frazer is also the program's strength coach.

In Frazer's first season at Ave Maria, he was in charge of a dangerous group of receivers, including division Offensive Freshman of the Year and Honorable Mention All-American Joshua Jenkins. That success continued into his second season, where the Gyrenes improved on their passing number, logging nearly 240 passing yards per game.

Before arriving ar Ave Maria, Frazer was the offensive coordinator and strength and conditioning coach for the Oslo Vikings, a professional team in Norway. He also served as offensive coordinator and quarterback for the Razorbacks National League (Denmark), where he won both the European Federation of American Football championship and the National League championship.

Frazer’s strength and conditioning career began in 2015 when he became the general manager and performance trainer for D-1 Sports in Winston Salem, North Carolina, a position he held for two years before founding his own performance training center, FrazerFit, in Clearwater, Florida, which he operated for more than three years prior to taking the strength and conditioning job in Norway.

Frazer entered the coaching ranks after an accomplished playing career, which saw him play three seasons at the University of Connecticut. In his senior season at UConn, Frazer started the final six games of the season as the Huskies won the Big East Conference championship and earned a berth in the Fiesta Bowl. Frazer's professional career included a season with the San Antonio Talons of the Arena Football League.
