Courtland Duncan is in his third season as a member of the Ave Maria University football coaching staff, joining the staff prior to the 2024 season. In 2024, he served as the Assistant Wide Receivers Coach. In 2025, he served as the program’s Tight Ends Coach. In 2026, he serves as the Running Backs Coach.
Duncan first came to Ave Maria as a student-athlete, transferring into the program in 2023, following three seasons at Wilmington College, a Division III program in Ohio. Dunca earned a Communication degree from AMU as well as an MBA with a Sports Management concentration.
