Ave Maria

Ricardo Carvalho was hired as an Assistant Tennis Coach in the Summer of 2026 and is in his first year at Ave Maria.

Carvalho is from Portugal where he won multiple national titles, participated in Tennis Eurpoe (TE) tournaments and was a part of a National Championship winning U18 team. Carvalho began teaching tennis in Portugal in 2022 in and around Lisbon.

This is Carvalho's first tennis job in the United States.
