Ryan Coe was hired as a kicking coach for the football program in September of 2025.
Coe brings with him six years of kicking experience at the NCAA Division I level, kicking for Delaware, Cincinnati, North Carolina Chapel Hill and Cal Berkeley. He was named an all-conference player in four different seasons, thrice with Delaware and once with Cincinnati.
After graduating, Coe was signed as an undrafted free agent with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and participated in training camp and the preseason. In a preseason game against the Tennessee Titans, Coe went 1-for-1 on field goals, connecting from 36 yards out.
Coe also has coaching experience having coached for seven years at the Hammer Kicking Academy where he trained and evaluated high school and college kickers.
Along with coaching at Ave Maria, Coe is the CEO of Let's Kick MS, a nonprofit aiding those with Multiple Sclerosis and supporting research efforts.
