Stephanie Hilker is in her first season as an assistant coach for the Ave Maria University lacrosse program, serving with her former teammate, head coach Katelyn Sherman.
Hilker began her coaching career as an assistant coach at NCAA Division II Assumption University, where he served under former AMU head coach Courtney Dincecco. She served at Assumption for three seasons, earning her Masters of Business Administration degree in the process.
Hilker graduated from Ave Maria University in the spring of 2019, earning a degree in literature. The Michigan native played 50 games across four seasons at AMU, scoring 40 goals and assisting on five more. She also added 74 ground balls, 29 caused turnovers, and 43 draw controls during her playing days.
