Kingsley Avery has been selected as this week's female athlete of the week. Avery went 12-of-19 (.632) last week during five games in the Sun Conference Tournament. She recorded at least two hits in each game. Avery also tallied four runs scored and three RBI. She was 4-for-4 on stolen base attempts. 

For her efforts on the season, Avery was selected First Team All-Conference. Kingsley was also named to the Sun Conference All-Tournament team.
