Conor Sullivan has been selected as Ave Maria's Male Athlete of the Week ending March 31st, 2013. Sullivan, a sophomore catcher out of Chicago, Ill. led the Gyrenes offensively on the week, batting .500 (5-10) over the three-game series against No. 8 Embry-Riddle. Sullivan also chipped in with three RBI and a .545 on-base percentage against the Eagles.

The Gyrenes return to the field Wednesday when they travel to Barry University for a non-conference matchup. The first pitch is slated for 6p.m.
