VALDOSTA, Ga. --- The Lady Gyrene golf team wrapped up the Thomas University Invitational on Tuesday, firing a team score of 353 to better their day one total by five strokes.
 
Jessica Licari followed up her opening round 78 with a second round 87 to finish at 165 for the tournament and in a tie for 23rd place. Bianca Vicioso fired a team-best 86 in round two to finish at 179.
 
Sarah Notaro and Kayla Longo finished at 182 and 185 after rounds of 92 and 88, respectively. Valerie Bertuccelli rounded out the team scoring for AMU with a two-day total of 215. Taylor Robinson finished at 213 as an individual.
 
The University of Cumberlands moved up two spots to win the team tournament with a two-day total of 624. Thomas finished in second at 625. Coastal Georgia's Diane Lim and Thomas' Caroline Parrish were the low individuals at 147 (+3).
